The “COPY” marking means your coin is a replica, not a genuine government-issued coin. These are often produced for display, education, or collecting, and must legally include that mark to comply with the Hobby Protection Act.
That said, it doesn’t automatically mean the coin is worthless. If it’s made of silver, gold, or other precious metals, it may still have intrinsic melt value.
