It depends on the circumstances. At times, our compliance team may request additional verification to process a payment. This usually happens for ACH payment orders, where we ask for an ID and a completed ACH payment form to be emailed back to us. For credit card and PayPal orders, we may request an ID, especially if it’s a first-time buyer. Additionally, we may ask for further documents if we receive a wire transfer or check payment for an order where the name on the payment is different from the customer’s name. This is done strictly for verification purposes to avoid fraudulent transactions. We do not share any information with third parties.
